A South You Never Ate returns to Virginia's Eastern Shore on October 24th at 4 PM for an evening shaped by the people, traditions, and flavors that define this remarkable place. 12 guest chefs will gather here at Chatham to interpret the Shore through food, drawing inspiration from its waters, farmland, heritage, and community. The evening will also feature readings from the 2025 work of the late Bernie Herman, shared by his family-- a meaningful continuation of a voice that has always been part of this event.
