At the head of the trails on the state park is the beautiful, rustic gazebo. Be sure to take a moment to enjoy the gazebo during a beautiful afternoon on Kiptopeke. Just a short walk away is the Hawk Watch platform and it’s a short drive from the beach!

Just around the corner from the shops and dining in Onancock is the beautiful gazebo in the memorial park. Be sure to also visit the wharf while you are down that way! This is a great place to visit on your way to or from the Tangier Ferry, which leaves out of the Onancock Wharf.

Overlooking the water, the gazebos at the Chincoteague Veteran’s Memorial Park provide a peaceful, beautiful space. In between launching your boat, playing tennis or basketball, letting your kids climb on the playground equipment, or catching crabs, be sure to take a moment to enjoy the gazebos!

Hike along the trail to the Assateague Lighthouse on the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge and you will find a classic gazebo! This hidden gym is the perfect photo spot with the lighthouse in the background or a great spot to stop for some shade when it’s warm.
