From 2017-2021 we were a community based company hosting classes throughout the 757. Community classes are still "our back bone" as they span throughout 8 cities in Hampton Roads + The Eastern Shore.
In November 2021 opened our first brick and mortar in Norfolk Virginia. Fast forward to May 2025 as we have now opened a second studio space in Cape Charles on The Eastern Shore!
Our mission is to bring yoga to everyBODY on and off the mat. From yoga to co-working, massage + boutique shops in each studio, AND even book club - STL Yoga Co. is your one stop shop!
