Patrick Henry will reenact his famous ‘Give Me Liberty or Give Me Death’ speech of March 23, 1775 on the front steps of historic Ker Place. Following, we invite you into Ker Place for a reception to meet Mr. Henry and view Give Me Liberty: Virginia & The Forging of a Nation. The trio Ampersand will perform music that honors the 250th commemoration of the Declaration of Independence featuring songs and tunes of the new nation. Refreshments will be available. A $10 donation is requested.
