9th Annual Saxis Island Oyster Roast on Saturday, October 15th from 3 to 6 pm.
A raffle will be held by the Saxis Island Museum featuring a Widgeon carved by Jimmy Bowden of Chincoteague.
All you can eat menu includes steamed oysters, raw oysters on the half shell, New England clam chowder, corn on the cob, and BBQ.
Ticket Price - $55

For non-oyster lovers:
BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, coleslaw, chips, corn on the cob,
Ticket price: $30

Bring your own oyster knife or purchase one from the Saxis Island Museum.
The Town of Saxis will be raffling a Saxis Island Gift Basket.
