Chincoteague
July 4th Family Non-Motorized Parade – July 4 at 10:00 am
The Chincoteague Island Library presents the July 4th Family Non-Motorized Parade in Robert Reed Downtown Park. Walkers of all ages, children on bikes, trikes, wagons, scooters (not battery operated). Wear your “red/white/and blue!” There will be prizes for the oldest participant, the youngest participant, the best decorated vehicle, and the most patriotic family group. A Special Independence Day Movie Date(s) – July 4 at 7:00 pm
Island Theatre, 4074 Main Street will offer “1776” (G). A rousing musical retelling of the American Revolution’s struggle in the Continental Congress to declare independence. Admission $5, children 12 and under free.
Carnival and Fireworks – July 4 at 7:00 pm
Accomac
Town of Accomac’s Non-Motorized Parade – July 4 at 10am
Join the fun at the Town of Accomac’s Non-Motorized Parade!
Monday July 4th. Line up at Ward’s Parade starts at 10am.
Join the fun and decorate your dog, horse, bike, wagon, or battery-operated toy vehicle.
Enjoy popsicles after the parade on the Courthouse Lawn.
Onancock

Wachapreague is celebrating with their Fourth of July parade on Monday, July 4th at 10am featuring boats, trailers, golf carts, and bikes with judging afterwards.

Town of Cape Charles’ Fourth of July Celebration – July 4 at 10am
Join us for the Town of Cape Charles’ Fourth of July Celebration! Enjoy live music, local artisans, a parade, and more!
10am – Parade starts on Washington & Bay and ends on Mason & Peach.
11am to 5pm – Craft and Artisan Vendors on Bay Ave
11am to 9pm – Food vendors on Bay Ave
11am to 4pm – Cornhole Tournament on corner of Bay and Mason Ave
11:30 to 1:30pm – Live Music at the Pavillion by the Tidewater Concert Band
12pm to 7pm – Youth basketball tournament at the intersection of Bay & Monroe Ave
1pm – 3pm – Kids Grab and Go Craft Bags at the Pavillion
2pm to 4pm – Afternoon movie showing “The Sandlot” at the Historic Palace Theatre
3pm to 6pm – Music by DJ Kev D at the Pavillion
7pm to 9pm – Music at the Pavillion by Rude Boy Riddum
