Virginia Space is a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia and owns and operates the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport (MARS) and the MARS UAS Airfield. Virginia Space provides full-service launchpads and testing facilities for commercial, government, scientific and academic users. The Virginia Space mission is to provide safe, reliable, and responsive space access at competitive prices, and secure facilities for unmanned vehicle testing for integration into the National Air Space.
