Meet Captain Kirt Cleveland
Captain Kirt is a licensed Captain with thorough knowledge of the waters around Chincoteague and Assateague. He has lived on Chincoteague for many years. Captain Kirt has worked as a waterman on these waters and is very familiar with the history of the islands. One of his life pleasures is sharing this knowledge with his clients.

Carolina Skiff is a true waterman's boat that allows us to go into areas larger boats cannot get into. This enables us to get you as close to all the wildlife and nature the islands has to offer.
