Oyster Fishing Pier

The Oyster Fishing Pier is free and open to the public. A saltwater fishing license is not required to fish from the pier. The license fee is paid by Northampton County.

Directions: 

Take Sunnyside Road heading east out of Cheriton toward Oyster, VA. Turn left onto Crumb Hill Rd. (The is a Public Boat Ramp sign.) Follow Crumb Hill Road to Oyster Harbor. 

The pier consists of approximately 200' long x 10' wide timber/wood framed L-shaped pier, built in benches, handicapped access railing stations and composite railing caps.

In addition to the pier, there are also free public boat ramps with a floating/fixed dock combination, a kayak launch and restroom facilities. Get out and enjoy all Northampton County has to offer!
