Dock/Slips
- 12 floating dock slips that are 16 plus ft. wide, 1 bulkhead (unlimited beam) and 1 wide beam (22′ stationary) slips. Water is generally 5-7 feet deep at the floating docks. The bulkhead accommodates boats up to 82 feet with water generally 7.5 feet deep.
- Dockage Fee: $2.75 per foot per night and the bulkhead and wide beam slip are $3.25 per foot per night.
- Electric Fee: 30 amp – $7.50 per night. 50 amp – $15.00 per night.
- Off-season monthly slip rental: Available from November thru March. Boats over 35ft LOA is $320/mo. including electric and boats under 35ft LOA is $170/mo. including electric. Water and bathroom facilities are unavailable during this time.
Harbormaster House
- Our bathrooms are spotless, and all showers are free and private. These facilities are only available to marina guests.
- 24-hour access to free laundry for slip guests.
- Pristine and new-ish courtesy car is available for slip guests.
- Golf carts are often available for rental on a first come first served basis.
- Anchor Fee is $20 per vessel per day to access the showers or laundry between the hours of 10 am – 4 pm daily.
