Movements are adaptive to what feels comfortable to you and the music is carefully chosen to encourage movement. Whether seeking creativity, healing, or simply a way to feel alive, Eastern Shore Dance Sanctuary offers a transformative experience that celebrates individuality.
Sessions are usually held weekly upstairs in the former Masonic Lodge on Rogers Drive in Nasswadox. Visit Eastern Shore Dance Sanctuary on Facebook to see the schedule.
