A tiny one bed, one bath, waterfront cottage on the grounds of Holly Cove in Onancock. The former studio of artist Abbi Custis. Whether you choose The Studio for creative inspiration, as home base for exploring the Shore or just to relax, we hope you feel at home.
The Studio is cozy and tiny. It has a full size bed, desk, small dresser, fridge, microwave and Keurig. Due to the small size of the Studio we have a strict 2 person limit. If you are traveling with an infant or small child please see our listing for The Apartment at Holly Cove. It has much more room and was designed to accommodate small families.
A private cottage with porch and access to shared outdoor space including fireplace, dock and waterfront. A coded lock provides hassle free check in and check out. We have the best Wifi available in our area but it's not the most reliable, especially at peak times. We refrain from streaming or gaming while we have guests to maximize your signal but we do occasionally have problems.
Things close much earlier here than in the city. You are welcome to arrive anytime but if you plan to arrive late you might want to eat on the way. Also, the sunsets here are amazing. We typically plan around them and stop everything to enjoy a few moments of zen as we watch the nightly show.

45 minutes to Chincoteague, Wallops Island and Cape Charles.
1 hr 15 to Ocean City, MD
1 hr 30 minutes to Salisbury, Norfolk and Virginia Beach
3 hrs 30 to D.C.
