Occurring April 4-6, 2025 on Virginia's Eastern Shore, the 2nd Women’s Wellness Weekend ESVA retreat will offer holistic practices that support personal growth and self-discovery. This uplifting and transformative experience is designed to provide women with a unique opportunity to transport them to a state of inner tranquility and unwind them from the rigors of daily life. The Shore's lush, coastal landscape allures many to the area for respite and this event provides an opportunity to achieve healing of the mind, body, spirit and soul surrounded by the area's serene and restorative setting. All weekend long, participants will "Relax and Renew" by engaging in inspiring workshops and sessions led by holistic practitioners at Oyster Farm Marina and various locations in the Cape Charles Historic District.
Attendees choose from among 6 different small group workshop experiences: Transmute Anxiety & Reclaim Inner Peace with Somatic Practices including Breathwork, Exploring Life’s Ebbs & Flows with SoulCollage®, Women in Transition: Embracing Life’s Difficult Moments, Health & Happiness: A Holistic East Asian Medicine Journey, Intuition As Your Guide: Honoring Inner Wisdom Thru Movement & Expressive Arts, and Nourishment for Life.
Includes a mocktail & charcuterie welcome reception, crystal bowl sound bath, morning gentle stretching & breathwork, 2 breakfasts, lunch, drum circle, and labyrinth walk. Free time is offered to explore the charming town, browse the on-site wellness & art vendors, or get optional wellness services & treatments including massage, sound healing, nutrition consultations, eyelash lifting + tinting, waxing, tinsel hair + more!
