Join us we mix the world of restorative yoga + reiki.
Restorative yoga is a fan fave in the STL community. A slower grounded practice that uses multiple props to make a pose more accessible for a longer hold so that your muscles, joints, and even central nervous system can relax
Reiki is a non-invasive energy healing technique used to realign your body’s energy centers & aid in the dismissing of any emotional blockages, bringing the body into a state of deep healing & relaxation.
Gwen will guide us through your restorative session while Liz offers reiki energy balancing techniques & chakra realignment to each individual yogi.
This special combination of physical & emotional movement will leave you feeling refreshed & renewed!
