Lights on the Lawn: A Christmas Tree Display. View 20 decorated and lighted Christmas Trees at Ker Place, home of the Eastern Shore of Virginia Historical Society in downtown Onancock. Local Onancock and Eastern Shore residents and organizations have adopted the trees and decorated them in unique and creative displays. The Eastern Shore Public Library, the American Legion Post 100 Parksley Virginia, Onancock Main Street, and The Garden Club of the Eastern Shore are among the civic groups that have trees on display. Our downtown businesses like Dawn's: A Unique Shop for Women & Homes, Canvas, Corner Bakery and Mallard's have trees on display.
Lights on the Lawn begins each evening at sundown and will continue through Jan. 1, 2021.
This is a family-friendly, self-guided event with no charge. Complete your visit to Onancock's Lights on the Lawn with a stroll through our historic and friendly downtown, full of specialty shops, restaurants and scenic parks. Onancock is a pet-friendly town with waterfront dining, brewpubs and fine dining options.
