Calling all Eastern Shore Parents! We hosted a kids yoga workshop over the summer && we are bringing it back during the most wonderful time of the year!
Your little yogis will be in good hands as our NFK super star Susan White is their guide. Susan is an early childhood special education teacher + our Kids and Toddler yoga instructor in Norfolk.
Bring your kiddo to the CC studio for some fun on + off the mat. We will have a solid mix of yoga poses && mindfulness, along with fun arts and crafts + more!
Age range is 5-10 *ish* in range. We will be cutting the class signup cutoff to 48 hours before to help us with supplies preparation.
