Each route winds through interesting historic towns and communities and along back roads to scenic rest stops that overlook the Atlantic seaside and the Chesapeake Bay. Pedal past golden fields through historic hamlets and quaint seaside vistas. Immerse yourself in the longest expanse of coastal wilderness remaining on the east coast. The start/finish locations rotate annually up and down the rural peninsula. You’ll visit towns like Exmore, Wachapreague, Nassawadox, Onancock and Cape Charles.
