We have had class everything Thanksgiving in the NFK studio and it has grown to a wonderful community offering. We are beyond excited to spread the same love to the new Cape Charles Water Studio!
Join Karrie for a 45min Gentle Hatha then stick around after class for a Friendsgiving style brunch! Bring your bestie and get ready for an all levels class on the mat Then stick around after class for a quick nibble before you gobble down on the turkey.
We will provide a few light snacks/drinks. Bring along something to share (think pot luck style brunch) as we spread the yoga love off the mat if you so choose.
Please RSVP so that we can prepare for our off the mat fun accordingly.
